• Eligibility

1. Offer available to licensed real estate agents and property managers operating in the Sydney metropolitan area.
2. New Gizmo Pixel Property Media clients only (one free shoot per agency, unless otherwise agreed in writing).

• What’s included

1. One property photo shoot for a residential listing within the defined service area.
2. Interior and exterior photos, professionally edited and delivered digitally within 24–48 hours of the shoot.
3. Number of final images and specific inclusions may vary by property size and access and will be confirmed when we book your shoot.

• What’s not included

1. Video, drone, floor plans, virtual tours, and staging are not included in this free photo shoot offer.
2. Travel surcharges may apply for properties outside our standard service radius and will be confirmed before booking.

• Booking and availability

1. Free shoots are strictly subject to availability and are limited to a small number of properties per week.
2. Submitting the form is an expression of interest only. Your shoot is only confirmed once we contact you and provide written confirmation (email or SMS).

• Cancellations and rescheduling

1. You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
2. Same‑day cancellations, repeated rescheduling, or no‑shows may void eligibility for this offer.

• Use of images

1. You receive a licence to use the delivered images for marketing the specified property across online listings, print, and social media.
2. Gizmo Pixel retains copyright and may use select images for its own portfolio and marketing, unless you request otherwise in writing prior to the shoot.

• No obligation

1. There is no obligation to book future paid shoots. However, this free offer cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other services.

• Changes to the offer

1. Gizmo Pixel reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time, including limiting it to specific suburbs or time periods, without prior notice.
2. Bookings confirmed in writing before any change will be honoured under the terms agreed at the time of confirmation.

• Privacy

1. Contact details you provide will be used to arrange your shoot and may be used to follow up about future services.
